Frequently asked questions
We have collected the questions we hear most often. If you can't find an answer — get in touch with us.
We work with residential buildings, entrances, residential complexes, car parks, offices, warehouses, shops and houses. For each type of site we offer a solution tailored to its specifics.
We mainly serve Sofia and the Sofia region. For larger projects we can arrange work in other parts of the country too — get in touch to discuss.
We work with vetted equipment from various manufacturers and are not tied to a single brand. We design the system around the site, not around a specific brand — selecting compatible equipment to match the needs, features and budget. We offer both professional and budget-class equipment, with the quality of the design, installation and configuration remaining paramount.
The price depends on the number and type of cameras, the length of the cabling, the recorder, and the need for a UPS and mobile access. We provide a transparent quote for equipment and labour after an on-site survey.
Yes. We visit the site, assess it and the risk areas, and then prepare a specific quote. The final price is given precisely after the survey.
Yes — on the “Calculator” page you can get an indicative price range. It is only for an initial idea; the exact quote follows an on-site survey.
An entrance usually needs 1–4 cameras. The exact price depends on the choice of equipment and the cabling, so we determine it after a short survey. Use the calculator for a rough idea.
Yes. We offer budget-class equipment without compromising on the quality of the installation and configuration. We do not work with just one brand — we select compatible, vetted equipment to match your framework. You tell us the budget and we propose the best possible solution within it.
PoE cameras are powered and carry data over a single network cable — a stable, reliable solution for permanent installation. WiFi cameras are easier to place but depend on the wireless connection and nearby power. For professional systems we recommend PoE.
It depends on the number of cameras, the resolution and the disk capacity. We usually size the system for several weeks back, and more if needed.
Yes. We use cameras with night vision (infrared or low-light), chosen to match the lighting of the specific site.
Yes. We set up a mobile app with access to live view and recordings, motion notifications and secure remote access. We can set up access for several users.
We recommend a UPS (uninterruptible power supply), which keeps the cameras and the recording running during short outages. For critical sites we size a larger backup.
It is technically possible, but recording audio is subject to legal restrictions. We advise you on what is permissible in your specific case.
It depends on the area, the number of entrances and the risk areas. During the survey we determine the minimum for coverage with no blind spots and offer you options to match the budget.
A small system (an entrance, a house) is usually installed in a day. Larger sites such as complexes and warehouses take several days, depending on the cabling.
We aim for concealed, tidy cabling. Where that is not possible, we use neat cable trunking so the installation looks professional.
We work carefully and leave the site clean. We agree minor finishing work in advance so there are no surprises.
Yes. We offer scheduled maintenance — camera cleaning, checks of the recording, the drives and the UPS, inspection of the recorder and updates. We resolve many issues remotely.
Camera cleaning, recording checks, inspection of the UPS and the drives, a review of the NVR, remote support and system updates. See the details on the “Maintenance” page.
Yes. We add cameras, replace outdated equipment or integrate a new recording module into the existing infrastructure, without needlessly replacing everything.
We aim for a fast response. We resolve many cases remotely within hours, and where a visit is needed we agree the fastest convenient time.
Yes, provided the personal data protection rules are followed. Common areas can be monitored by a decision of the general assembly and with appropriate signage. We advise you on the correct setup.
